What does this mean?
This means that you will receive special notices to Property/Homeowner’s regarding meetings and events that are not for general residents in Mandalay.
About updating your information:
When you get a message from us there will be a link at the bottom that allows you to update your preferences. If your mailing address changes or you sell your home in Mandalay we request you update your information.
About Dues:
Our annual dues are voluntary, however we do need everyone’s participation to keep things running – like the website, newsletter printing and e-blast system.
Please make sure your dues are paid to help us do this!
Involvement:
We welcome volunteers to help out!
We have multiple volunteer groups and hope to have more! The primary mission of the CIWHA Board is to serve as a liaison between the City of Oxnard and the homeowners.
If you are interested in helping please contact us and let us know your area of interest!
You can do that by:
- Leaving a comment on this page that will not be made public
- Contacting us with a note of introduction and what interests you the most
- Attending a Board meeting – usually the third Wed of the month.
