PLEASE include your Marina Address, date and type of payment (Check or online) date of payment so we can make sure it is applied properly!
When we receive checks with no marina address, we have no way to match the check to the property without hunting you down!
For our records we need your Marina address (for your home here) and mailing address, phone number and email address!

Every home or lot owner in the Mandalay Bay community is encouraged to join with your neighbors to ensure the on-going vitality of our neighborhood.

There is a $75 transfer fee for new owners.

Your dues help to pay the professional consultants we need, the meeting costs, printing and mailing of mandatory notices, and printing and mailing the CURRENTS newsletter.
