The CIWHA Board generally meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
We do reschedule if there will not be a forum or to work around other needs.
We do not meet in August, and our December meeting is a dinner somewhere.
Please contact us if you would like to attend a board meeting, homeowners are always welcome.
If we need to meet in closed session, we may ask you to either arrive or leave early.

What about team meetings?
Volunteers in the HOA attend various team meetings. The Seawall Team meets monthly with Public Works and frequently with Special Districts and other City staff as needed. Other Board members meet with CINC and the Clean Water Team. Those teams meet with Public works and City Staff and the County. We all report at our board meetings. We make an effort to communicate with homeowners when timelines are set or action is proposed or taken.
