CIWHA is a a voluntary 501(c)4 non-profit corporation founded to comply with requirements set forth in the grant deeds of each Mandalay Bay Property.

Annual Dues are $50. you can pay online, by mail or at the annual meeting in February.
The Board members meet with the City and track progress that impacts property owners. Postage costs are too great for mailing notices and information so our communication is mainly via email. We have Seawall and other projects that are important to Property Owners! The number of dues paying members matters! As a group we have voice on Seawall maintenance and costs and funding.
Every home or lot owner in the Mandalay Bay community is encouraged to join with your neighbors to ensure the on-going vitality of our neighborhood.
If you have not paid your dues, please do so today! Mandalay Bay is facing many challenges,the largest of which are those dealing with the seawalls and their integrity, We also are concerned with landscape, sound and noise, streets repair, dock conditions and water quality.

Your dues help to pay the professional consultants we need, the meeting costs, printing and mailing of mandatory notices, and printing and mailing the CURRENTS newsletter.
